Our client wanted to understand consumer usage behavior and overall opinion of their reusable sandwich bags. There was no formal action standard; results were directional.
We conducted an in-home usage study among sandwich bag users. Each day a bag was used, respondents completed a diary entry; then an end-of-usage questionnaire was completed after nine days of usage.
